Springboard events are public, run as a half-day or full day learning cycle. It is, as the name suggests an opportunity for you to jump into the water, very much the hot summer day, refreshing and revitalizing for your body and mind. Our space is well confined however, a save place where you are not likely to drown, outside your established institutional environment where new ways of thinking and acting might cause contradictions against commonly held norms. You can swim a few lanes, without having to muster the open see of systemic change. It is after all a fun and rewarding experience where you get a sense what it feels like to do systems thinking, where you get introduced to various perspectives and engage in some practical work. And yes, you will have the first go on the juggling in the metaphorical and literal sense!
The Juggler brings together Systems Thinking Practitioners, which do not consider themselves experts, but are humble in their claims, understand their practice as ever evolving, as reflective practice and process of co-inquiry in our thinking and action. It’s a place where we share experience, challenge our assumptions and learn together to improve our collective capacity to bring about systemic change. You won’t find any common formats or workshops, but new, refreshing and engaging ideas, balancing the systems practice and philosophy, and after all, with a good portion of fun!
